amp mounting?

hi guys. well i got a couple of the same model amps to mount on the back of the rear seats. just wondering, the way it was before, they were just screwed to the seat to the thin metal inside the back of the seat. is there any other way i could cleanly mount them than that? i mean i seen some people mount amps to some kind of brackets or other material THEN to the seat. maybe it looks better that way. i know its an easy question, but i'd like to get some fresh ideas. pics would help to or links. thanks a lot!!

you could cut a peice of mdf the same size as both the amps carpet that mount the amps to the carpeted mdf board then mount it to the back of the seats...

carpeted mdf cleans everything up
