Kicker 850.4 decides to completely loose power after being on for a few minutes. (No protection light or regular light at all, just like the amp has zero power. It will not start back up unless it has been sitting for some time. The longer it has been turned off the longer it stays on. 12v at power and remote. Ideas?

Two subs, same issue, two LOC's same issue, seems to me that there is an issue upstream. Have you tested the amp disconnected from the signal...

Pull the amp out, bring it to the front of the vehicle, and connect it to the battery. Does it power up? Go from there.

Is the amplifier secure/bolted down or has it been moving around/just laid down in the vehicle not secure? I would check your wiring connections...
