Amp is burning fuses like no tomorrow

Ok checked ground wire, power cable, and speaker cable, all are doing fine, going to change fuse in the fuseholder tomorrow to see if that was the problem. i think it is. i bought 4 50 amp fuses from pepboys today so these should be better then my 40 amp fuses that i had. the inside of my inline fuseholder has some black in it, so i think the other fuse must have blown :-/

well even with 50 amp fuses, the amp still burned the fuse. i dont even know if the subs were even playing when the fuse blew. im pretty sure the amp was faulty so i sent it back for a refund. ill be getting a new amp sometime from someone on this forum so ill see if its the power cable or just the amp //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
