Amp in Jump Seat

I am trying to put my 4 channel amp in the place it is least likely to be seen, or in people's way. Behind the jump seat, I have a few inches where I can put the amp.

I am afraid of it getting too hot being enclosed like that. Or I may suffer some issues from mounting it vertically. Is there anything I should concern myself with?

class d? if so i wouldnt worry about it...you can always move it later
