got a rockford fosgate p3 12" dvc 800 watt max 400 watt rms 4 ohm sub...

what amp should i run this with?

but if i were to wire it parellel wouldn't i want it at 2ohm?

and also what type of amp? mono class d? ab?

also any suggestions as to a specific amp that is good quality but pretty cheap 75-130 bucks?

you are correct, i am retarded...didn't see that it was a dual voice coil.

look for a mono amp that does 400w rms @ 2 ohm and wire the sub in parallel or...

a two channel amp that does 200w rms x 2 @ 4 ohm and wire each coil to one channel on the amp
