Amp help for a convertible

I need help putting a new audio system in a 1999 BMW Z3 M convertible. The current system is a CD HU, 5.25 kick panel, top of the door are tweeters and mids (3"), behind the seats are 4" mids....I'm not gonna replace the 4" speakers. Between the seats is the sub-woofer (in name only) It's actually a little vented box with a snorkel that hold two 5.25 woofers. The subs have it's own amp and the rest of the speakers have an amp as well.

Everything goes. It's all proprietary Harmon Kardon stuff and it's 2 ohm. This HK system is not only known for sounding bad but it's also known for how easy it is to blow a speaker. Both subs and one speaker in the kick panel are already blown.

The new system will be an Alpine 305 HU with Sirius. I've got two 5.25 Hertz EV130 woofers for the sub-woofer. I like Boston Acoustics speakers. I'm thinking BA S50 in the kick panels with the tweeters in the door. I don't know what to do about the 3" mids in the door.

I don't know what to do with the amps. Alpine has that new 45wx4 plug and play power pack...it's nice and small, or, how about an Alpine F300 amp? Or maybe both the power pack and the F300.

Remember, it's a convertible and while I like good clean sound...it is a convertible. SQ has to compete with wind and road noise, other cars, trucks, and diesel trucks that like to mash the throttle and try and fill my car with black exhaust.

So I need help with choosing amps and info on 3"mids in the door. Or maybe someone will point me in a completely different direction.

The cost of the system is not a factor. Space is the ruling factor.

pdx amps are small and pack a good punch and have good sq.
Yea, I saw the PDX 4.150 amps and I like'em. I'm struggling with putting such a high quality amp in convertible. If I do that, then I have to ask myself about upgrading the speakers to say BA Pro or Morel, or..... Then I've got a high SQ system with lets face it sub-par sub-woofers.

car audio is an ongoing thing. upgrade one piece and when you can afford it upgrade the next.
Well the amp is no longer in question. My wife and son snuck out of the house yesterday and went back to one of the car audio stores my son and I went to earlier. For my birthday she bought the Alpine PDX 4.150 amp I was looking at. So that takes care of that.

I guess my previous speaker choices have to be upgraded. I'm now considering Alpine SPR-13S, Polk Audio db5251, or Boston Acoustic SR50. The Polk Audio speakers are the only ones that Crutchfield says will fit in the kick panels.

I'm also wondering if I need the Alpine KTP 445 power pack for the 2 Hertz woofers (wannabe sub-woofer) or if I can use the PDX 4.150 for them as well.
