what ohm load is ur amp handling? it will probly get hot if its running at 2 ohms..

oh yea i forgot i was running 2 ohm so is there anything i can do?

get a fan for it. I think on partsexpress.com they have amplifier fans. If the amp is just getting hot i duno i wouldnt worry about it that much. If it starts shutting down tho then yah get a fan. My JBL gets hot after blasting the music for a while. I dont care tho cuz it makes no difference.

im a comp nerd soooo get a computer fan, they range in all sizes, id recommend a 8cm *80mm* or 12cm *120mm* fan. hooks up to 12v current and can be had for a couple bucks at most.

id get 2 80mm fans so u can slit the different with them. they actually work a lot better than i thought. my amp used to get burning hot, with 2 80mm fans a few inches away from the amp blowing directly on top, it barely gets warm and doesnt blow anymore fuses

how would i go about wiring up a lil fan? direct power from the battery or wha?
