Amp grounds?

Its always "recommended" to ground all of your extras in the same location to cut down ground noise and looping. I have never had any experience with noise or voltage issues with same spot location or separate locations. In my newest vehicle (Chrysler Pacifica) I have an amp under the front passenger seat for my sub and one in the far back under the cargo lid for the 4 6.5's and I have no problems what so ever. Its also recommended that you try and "clean" the area as good as you can by sanding and removing any grime so its bare metal to metal. To be honest, I never did any of that and haven't had any problems.
