Amp gain setting

I have a Kenwood Double Din and I am using Bluetooth instead of CD music. Is it true that your amp gain settings are set higher when using Bluetooth than my normal Kenwood deck 5v output?

I do not know if you are talking about a built in bt or a bt dongle. I use a bt dongle when there is an aux port, and it is generally louder than the fm or the cd player setting. Another thing is some units have the ability to set gain from your settings for it's sources. I usually set it highest on my bt/screenshare. I leave it low on fm and cd since I do not use those.
