Amp for single JW 12w0??

I'm putting in a 12w0 into my gf's car. It's a svc 4ohm rated at around 125 rms. I've heard of people feeding these way more, but she's never had a sub before so i'm sure anything will sound good to her. anyways, looking for a decent, not too spendy amp that will put out 125-200 watts rms at 4ohm mono. Any and all recommendations would be appreciated. The ones I've looked at so far are:

Profile AP400 (200x1 4ohm mono)

Kicker KX150.2 (150x1 4 ohm mono)

PrecisionPower PCX-250 (200x1 4ohm mono)

and a couple others...

JL Audio 250/1 Mono, might be more pricey than the ones you listed but good amp

Would that JL 250/1 be too much power for the sub...or would it be fine if eq and gains are set accordingly....

it will push it no dout about it

as far as blowing the sub...only if u plan on putting it in a 5cube ported box...u can over excurt the sub that way

thermally u should be fine

How does this amp look, cuz I'm pretty sure I'll order it at the end of the month. Seems like a decent deal and I've been hearing good things about Directed.

i have 2 w0's and i am pushing a kicker 500.2 which is 250 to each sub and it is pretty nice but not loud enough for me so i am upgrading to the brahma 12 and a nine.1
