Amp for running rainbows

hey guys im looking for amp to run my rainbows activly, ive found

PG tantrum 600.4(75x4@4ohms)

PG tantrum 400.4(50x4@4ohms)

i want to know which one of these would be better suited for my comps.

sorry for got add earlier and the deck will a p9 combo, i jus want to be sure im not overpowering them and im safe with the power there. in other words im just looking for some reassurence
