I'm actually clueless about what I'm doing here I have no clue really, I don't but I'm trying. I just got my first car (2001 Impala) about two months ago, and I wanted to take it to the next level by adding a system to beat my friends (they have sony subs and cheap amps to my knowledge, so I'm not up against much), or whatever...so I started searching around for so subs that looked cool, and were at a reasonable price, I heard Infinity was good so I went on ebay and decided on a pair of Infinity Kappa 120.3DVC 12'' (if someone knows what the DVC means, please explain) anyways I'm also hooking up a Sony CDX-F7700 (was this a good choice?) cd deck to it but what I haven't decided on yet is an amp, I don't know much about them see, these Infinity Kappas have a POWER HANDLING of 300W RMS/per speaker or 1200W peak/per speaker, DUAL 4-OH*VOICE COIL, I read on the net that a JBL 600.1 would do 600Wrms x 1 @ 2 and @ 1 Ohm. that'd go straight parallel, and give 300W per sub? But is that enough or should I get a JBL BP1200.1 Amp, and will these amps run 2 subwoofers , remember I don't really know much, please help, thanks 4rell....btw I went to some elecrtronic store and a dude tried to push a 1000watt sony xplod amp on me, but I heard sony amps and woofers are bad, like not good at all...so no... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wave.gif.002382ce7d7c19757ab945cc69819de1.gif and what kind of sub box should they go into aswell?
