Amp for One 12" Kicker l7

I'm buying a Kicker l7 i havent bought it yet so would it be better to get the 4ohm or 2ohm model...

but my main question is what amp would get me the best power for this sub without blowing it.. since i do like to turn it up and get it pretty loud..

what kinda amp would you suggest?
