amp for a 12" alpine?

What are some decent amps for a 12" alpine 1241D? It has 300 watts RMS and 1000 watt peak.

i'd like something around 200 bucks or less. I'm on a 400 dollar budget ( i know, dont laugh) and the cheapest i can find the alpines are 120 a piece. if anyone can find it cheaper i'd be much obliged.

i'd really hate to get some decent subs like the alpine and then turn around and get a pyramid or a boss. that would ****.

hey man the best amp for on a budget is a us accoustics amp i would suggest the 2100 its about $150 itS 2 Channel and in 4 ohm it runs 100 watts rms i run 2 12" impp Pioneers that handdle 300 watts rms off of it and it has never given me a problem and my subs hit very hard

I'm also about to get a Type-R 12". I'm gonna get for the amp and Alpine MRV-100M. It'll put out 300w RMS @ 2ohms. Ideal if you wired the voice coils in parallel. I can get this amp for $200 and my local car audio shop with install. I'm on a budget as well. Hope this helps.

just a lil bit over your budget is a JBL 1200.1, ive got one running 2 Type R's also, its quite nice, i recommend it
