Amp for 2 15" CVRs

I've been trying to find an amp for my 2 15" CVRs for quite a while. Now I guess I'll try and take some opinions from some people. They are both 2 ohm DVC, so they'll have a final load of 2 ohms together or I can also do. For the power, I'm looking for a good 500w RMS to each. As for my budget, I am looking to stay within the range of $200-$250. I am only looking for NEW items, no USED items. Aren't the Hifonics under-rated? Which means that i'll be getting around 850w RMS instead of 1000w RMS.

my friend has the same setup with this amp and it works great, never overheats even after about 5 hours of continuous use ......(road trip)
