Amp for 2 12s

I was interested before the massive over the top price increase you tossed onto that thing... lol
I asked you to make me an offer and I never heard another peep.

My prices are always negosh!

These PR subs are 200/500max So you dont need a crap ton of power to make these bump.

Because I was still unaware of the situation with the amp. No hard feelings, but don't expect me to dig through a few hundred PM's to PM you when I seen the amp was finally actually out of your hands.

My last quoted price was $180 shipped, which is about the value on it. Which I passed on.

Also, you are right, those subs will like around 500rms to the pair. From the sound of it though I think he has single 4 ohm which means he will need a 2 ohm amplifier.

If the OP does have single coil subs, this would be a good option.
Thanks, i assume he does have svc because on the first page he said he had one + and one -, so im going to go out on a limb and say he has svc subs //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Im confused about d1 and d2.. People say its by how many pairs of connectors you have, but i have a ported 12 that only has one set of connectors but says d2 on the product box.

Is the best way to tell by taking it out of the box and looking at how many coils it has?

Pull the sub(s) out of the enclosure and take pictures. Your subs can be dvc (dual voice coil) or svc (single voice coil). I'm not sure on what ohm they can be, but my guess is single 4, dual 4, and dual 2.

Kinda thought the PR's had the coil config right on the magnet but I could be wrong...

this is a single voice coil sub, there are only two terminals, one + one -

this a dual voice coil sub, there are 2 sets of 2 terminals, so there are 4 teminals altogether, 2 + and 2 -.
