I would assume they are dual 4 ohm.

So he would need a moderate sized 1 ohm amplifier.

im not sure, all i know is that there is only one pair of + - slots per sub. how do you check?

I have an interfire d1700.1 that would work well. It will do a steady 1100 @ 1 ohm. I could do it for $150 shipped.

I've never dealt with interfire

Precision amps are great

Audioque amps are sturdy and will stand behind them

Hifonics are decent for what they are

Id go with the AQ or PPI

depending on the specs of that PPI
