Amp clip

This set up is on my Harley:

I have a Rockford Fosgate PBR 300x4 Mini amp.

I have one channel going to 2 6x9s and 2 6.5s

I have another channel going to 2 additional 6.5s

Then I have 2 6.5s running straight to the radio.

Kenwood Marine radio: When I have the fader even everything plays plays up to 30. Once I go over 30 the stuff on the amp clips. If I change fader to 11 rear then I can turn it all the way up. Yet the problem that I am annoyed with is that now I am missing a lot of volume.

Can anyone explain the clip and a possible fix?

If its distortion you are hearing its from the radio. Take the 6.5s off the radio. Or set the volume right before the distortion happens and raise your amp gains to match.
