OK, say I turned the A3000DB's gain to a necessary level and ran the 2010d at a normal level, which is gonna sound cleaner?I want loud but I also want clean. I owned a 3000db years ago and it powered the subs nicely, but didn't sound great. BTW, if I had a car w/ 500hp, my foot would be through the firewall.

you headunit and any other signal processors will play a stong role in sound quality. you couldn't hear the difference in "clean" sound between the 2 anyways b/c the human ear cannot detect THD below 1%

on the second highlight, this shows that you must be a kid and will probably never have nice stuff b/c you'll abuse it.

Geeez,that was harsh. Thanks for your input though,SIR. I don't abuse my stuff, I just don't see the point in buying an amp if I'm not gonna use it to its full potential.

That will also matter on the ohm load that you wire to.In my opinion it will sound better if it is not straining to keep up.What kind of vehicle?

I'm running them at 2ohms (4ohmDVCs). There going in a 1996 f-150 extended cab, the one in my sig pic.
