amp and sub

hey guys, i have 2 pcs. 12" kicker solobaric ( the round one) rated 350watts each. So the two subs will be around 700watts...

my question is, i have a rockford punch 200ix, the old model...with a 100rms per channel if driven to a 4ohm, 200watts rms per channel if driven into a 2ohm...will this amplifier be enough to power the 2 12" solobaric?

It would be enough if you were only powering one sub..I would look around for another fosgate amp to match.

what type of amp would you suggest? i tried increasing the bass control on the amp, but it only sounded worse...and how big the sub box should be?

i would get either a jbl bp-600.1 or a 1200.1 to power the subs, and i would say get about a 1 cu ft box for subs, they have really good boxes at http://www.speakerhole.com
