AMP and EQ install

help!! here go's I took the rca's from the radio and ran them to the rca input on the amp the took the speaker wire out of the amp into a low level converter to out put rca's on the other side which ran into the rca inputs of the EQ now I have 4 rca out puts to mate to speaker wire and I am confused on how to take low level and convert it to high level please help frustrated.

RCA out of radio--- to RCA input on AMP-------then speaker terminals out- on AMP----- to low level input(on low level converter)-----low level output RCA to(") --------RCA input on EQ------- now I have 2 pairs of RCA left on the out put side of EQ-------- the need to feed the speakers but confused on how to convert the low level-------to high level?
