amp advice for sa 12s

I need input. Im back to noob status in car audio and I hate to start a thread asking for help but....... I picked my subs and I am lost on which amp to buy. Was looking at American Bass 4480 but cant decide. I would like to stay around $300. But frustration may change that. Big 3 done and I run 2 optima red tops. Will be wiring to 1ohm. The skar looks good. That c2 looks good as well. Read a lot of mixed reviews on the audio pipe. I'm not a fan of buying any electronics used. To many ppl saying it's was barely ran or it wasn't abused etc. Who buys car audio to not use the **** out of it?!?!
