That's some sick power for the size of the footprint! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/awesome.gif.4430a219d9aaaa6cadc75e9290979dfb.gif What do these do @4 or 2 ohms? can't find specs on these other than @ 1 ohm rating...
Jim, How does this amp compare to the saz1500v3? And how does it produce 2k+ on 120a fusing when so many would say that is not enough, or should be atleast 200+a to make that kind of powah? Just curious. And yes, i know it says don't ask questions.
So I figure I would just add to this. I got my DSO Nano today. I was skeptical at the RMS rating on the 4480 since it is so small. For anyone wondering without a load and a 50 hertz tone I get 50volts clean power. I then hooked my XFL up and repeated setting the gains until it clipped and turned it down till I saw a clean signal. I then got 46.5 volts. At 1ohm that is roughly 2162 watts of clean power. I have a stock alt and stock batt in my car. Although I do have a 175 amp alt. My DC XL 12 will be here this coming week. I should be able to use the 4480 to its full potential.
