Take it how you will.

The woofer is a 15" mag d2.

Tool of the trade. Not so much for using, but for throwing at the steel walls of the garage in frustration. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Call me oldschool, but I still pre-drill all the holes that I use screws in. Naturally 2 drills are used. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

Screws weren't enough. Tnuts weren't enough! Concrete anchors are drilled into the underside of the baffle. They are cheaper than Tnuts at Home Depot. To get the bolts, anchors, and woofer to line up, I just mount the woofer in the baffle and send the drill right through the mounting holes. On the woofer.

If you're going to brace a box, brace the **** box. The MDF hole from where the baffle was cut out from was quartered and used to double over the front baffle. Very noticable result when you tap on the front.

I can't seem to cut MDF to save my life. =\

Luckily body filler easily fills in those mis-directed cuts. Almost as useful as duct tape.
Need batteries for the camera, then I'll bondo it more, sand it, and paint it. What color should I use? I got blue, black, and green.
