No the amp just made an odd ticking noise when powered and what ever hooked up to it ticked as well

Sure you are getting an *** ****ing but its not their fault.

It costs money to ship the amp...

It costs money to have someone look at the amp.

parts for these amps are kind of rare or hard to order.. raises the price.

and it costs money to have someone actually fix it.

And you coulda contacted them with these questions before sending the amp out.

You're getting *****, but what can you do. Even if you pay for them to ship it back and lose that money, you're not going to be able to sell it for much.

I would get your amp back and move on,did you try Orion directly,they are usually pretty helpfull........
