I think Scosche makes an adapter that will work. You can also wire the HU to trigger the factory amps. I just did that for a friend's '97 Pathfinder and it worked fine. He was too cheap to buy the $40 adapter that would let him turn down the signal from the HU.

Or get an amp/speakers and be done with it.

Aftermarket all the way. Take that whole factory Blows system out and start from scratch with all aftermarket stuff. Run all your own wires for everything, you may have to gut the interior but it will be worth it in the long run.

lol that is way to much work to put into a 96 car, not even worth it to gut the whole car just to run all new speaker wire that is already there.

all you have to do is use the headunits remote turn on wire to turn on your factory amp for all the speakers, all the amp needs is a signal to turn it on it already got power and ground.

X2, then pawn off all the Blows stuff (for way more than its worth) on some noob who thinks its the ultimate.

i had a bose setup in my camaro. had to pull all new speaker wires on it. it sounded horrible with the aftermarked HU hooked up to the stock wires. i was also told that you could use an adapter for the bose speaker amp setups but decided i would be happier with running new wires so i could go to bigger wire too.

To each his own. I have a friend that drives a '94 S-10 and he's done so much with it that I bet he thinks its worth it.

Long story short............it isn't the year of the car that matters. Its the owner of the vehicle that decides if it is worth it to them or not. A car doesn't have to be new to be pimped out.

i have no other choise i think is worth it gona get it done 2 morrow the final price is 160 for all //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
