Alumapro RX spl ported?

I've heard to go sealed on these subs and the site only gives box reccomendations for sealed and bandpass enclosures. How many cubes for each sub they are 12's I was thinking about 4.5 cubes @ 34hz for the two.

I would be using an 8" aero port to port.

no one used these in a ported box? I don't see why the spl rx wouldn't sound good in a ported box I could understand if the sq rx didn't. Just wanting some insight as to what volume they like

t/s specs should give a rough idea if they will work well ported.
