im running 3) 13.5 W6v2 and for now USA AMPS.. D.E. 1000.1 im soon gonna put 3) A1800 but for now could i get away from buying a new altinator and just do kinetic battery and optima yellow? or do i need new altinator..>??!?!?!?!

its in a 02 chevy tahoe?

idk those amps..how much power total are you planning on running?

umm close to 4k with mids and everything but i just hooked up my new subs and it runs fine at low volume but i start turning it up my amp shut off and my lights have been flickering BAD! so i know its a couple of diffferent things 1. low volts. 2 bad ground. 3. amp to small for the W6?

Big 3, battery, HO alternator......in that order, til you fix the problem.

thats low voltage lol. i run 4k daily..get a big alt. biggest you can find. 250amp+...get 2 kinetiks in the back and a yt up front. big 3 in 1/0 and throw in a voltage meter.

ok im kinda new to this whole thing.... with high volts... why is my amp shutting off thought at high volume but ok at low... volts?

your amp is shutting off because of voltage dropping too low to keep the output going. hook up a dmm or a permanent voltage meter and make sure you dont blow that amp.

do the big 3 and then throw a kinetik in the back. but if you wanna run the 4k you're going to need a big alt.

buy a voltage meter.. http://www.darvex.com the stinger one. cheap and important
