added a second bottom baffle today and the rattling continues...im going to have everyone at the meet tomorrow in NJ check it out...i feel like its something internal so it may possibly be the port

look for dual lock fasteners by 3M, it works the same way as velcro except its not fabric. Both pieces are plastic and have a bunch of little teeth on them that lock into each other. Stuff sticks together like crazy. If you covered the entire bottom of your box and wherever you are going to put it, it shouldn't go anywhere.
