ok i have a 1989 chevy silverado it has pleanty of room under the hood for another alt and battery.
I have seen ppl run 2 stock alternators. My question is if i got to like junk yard and find a perfectly working alternator out of a chevy truck around the same year model would it work for my truck and if so could you show me like a diagram how to wire it.
I know this is a out there question but on a buget and i have metal fabricator friends that could mount it.
