Alt question, newbie need help

Im getting a second system together for a honda accord 02 SE,,, and wondering about the eletrical system

What is the stock alt output??? and will this system be able to to run without burning my alt out, or dimming

JL 1000 amp, running a 12w7

RF 400/4 bridged running two koda 8's

Fronts still undecided but thinking 300-400 rms 2 channels, running focals or rainbows

Also if you can sugest a good amp for the fronts and which speakers you perfer... for speakers looking in the 500-900 price range

I am not sure on the stock alts output, but I see some dimming in there... Only way to find out is to hook it all up. Do the Big Three as well, dimming or not. If you still have dimming, then upgrade the alt, there is no substitute for more power. And do NOT buy an altenator.

yes. i paid $308 shipped for my 250 amp alt. but that was through a group buy though. check http://www.excessiveamperage.com or http://www.mean-green.com. don't know about your car, but generally $300-400 for a new 200 amp alt.
