does anyone know what alpine's number is for customer support i found a bunch but there all like to order extra stuff, i need to find out how to adjut the crossover, because alpine that they would be all technical and put the crossover changes on the computer...This is only on the CDA-9853 and 9855.

1-800-ALPINE-1 and then take the prompt (should be #3 for Alpine USA) then press the prompt for tech support, (should be #3 again)
