the hifonics will do rated if you have an electrical system that can sustain 3200rms.
dont just set the gains to 75% though, you need to learn how to set gain properly, or else you will ruin your stuff

so from what i understand is that i will have an electrical system that can sustain about 4000 watts i am hoping, so the hifonics is the better choice? although i love alpine i think it will be too hard to strap 4 of the pdx amps together (ive never had to strap amps) and i dont even know if they are strappable or not. i need about 3000-4000 watts rms at 2 ohm i just want the best amp for the money and i dont mind spendin about 1800 for an amp.

Just what i think not saying anything bad about alpine love there subs and cd players but just dont think there amps are the best

buy 2 kicker zx2500.1 and that should cost you less than a grand and you will be having 5k in total power at 2 ohm.

or find one big amp, but I would go with 2500.1, I am loving mine. I am even considering about purchasing another 2500.1 later this summer and upgrade my system lol
