alpine tv tuner

i've had my alpine tv tuner installed for awhile now. dosn't seem to want to pick up any channels at all, even if i'm in the city near the tv broadcast stations. when i first installed it, i could get it to pick up one channel fairly well, but that dosn't work any more. just wondering if anyone else has a tv tuner installed and what do you think of yours?
