Alpine TME-M740BT Bluetooth Problem

Has any1 get the Alpine TME-M740BT monitor to work with their bluetooth phone perfectly. I get mine working, but the voice comes from the back of the monitor speaker. Can't seem to figure how to get it through the car speaker.

Any help would be appreciated...
