Alpine SQ Comparison: MRP-F300 class AB vs MRX-F65 class D

Hello beautiful people.

Let's talk sound quality comparison between the MRP-F300 class AB vs MRX-F65 class D. We all know that class D has evolved a lot and has paved way for very high dampening and signal to noise ratios. But headaches? Is that purely just from bad tuning? It seems that the class AB still has one up over D. The class AB is very cheap relative to the MRX-F65. What are everyones thoughts.....? Feel free to discuss other classes too.

I can't tell you if you'd hear a difference between those two amplifiers. There's certainly no reason a good full range Class D amp will cause headaches if a comparable Class AB amp does not cause headaches in the same vehicle with everything else remaining the same. Full range Class D technology is still evolving, where AB has been at a standstill for quite a long time.
