Alpine SPS-600c install questions

I have a question regarding the installation of the SPS-600c speakers I just purchased for my 2011 Subaru Outback.

My Outback currently has 2 front and 2 rear speakers with empty compartments on the dash for OEM tweeters which has a pre wired harness. The Alpine SPS-600c calls for the attached wiring diagram. My question is, can I hook my tweeters with inline crossover directly to the stock wires provided for the OEM tweeters?

I should also add that as of now I am hooking this up to the stock stereo. I am working on upgrades to the audio system slowly but surely starting with these speakers.

Your car may or may not already have a crossover network of some sort connected to those wires. I'd hook up a full range speaker to them first and see how it plays. If it's only playing highs, go ahead and hook up the tweeters. If they're playing full range, hook up the tweeters with the supplied capacitor crossover.
