Alpine "Active" Units

Can someone provide me with the model numbers of some of the previous Alpine decks that can run active? Looking into either a used deck, or the new 9887/880prs if I cant get something used.

I dont think it can. From what i seen it doenst have many features. Now if you paired it with a h701 it could.

you can go active with all alpine decks..........just some of them you'll also need an external active crossover or other sound processor

The 7998 is a great one for active, and it's got every capability you need.

 

[SVT03L 10+ year member]

MDA-W955J can also be run active. Built in 3-way crossover with time correction works well.
