Alpine PXA-H100 Imprint Not tuning sub??

I dont know why but i have all the connections correct on my imprint unit.

System

Alpine IDA-X305 Headunit

Alpine PXA-H100 Imprint

Alpine KTX-H100 Sound Manager Kit

Alpine Type R 6.5 Comp

Alpint Type R 6x9

JL Audio 12w6v2

JBL BP1200.1

I have the connections from the headunit setup as following

SUB OUT- Empty

Front Out- Going to Front Input on PXA

Rear Out- Going to Rear Input on PXA

Connections From the PXA

Sub out to Sub Amp

Front IN- From Headunut

Rear IN- From Headunit

I run all the test through the sound manager kit and when everything is complete the music sounds great Just there is Barely Any Bass. When i mean Barely you cant even feel the slightest Vibration from the Sub.

Alpines customer support hasnt been very helpful they keep telling me that my sub connection is right. But when i go into manual mode in the Imprint EQ i can make that sub Pound like no other.

Is there something im missing here?

you aren't doing anything wrong, the imprint is setting the system flat ... flat will sound almost bassless. If you were to pout an RTA to a system you like, you would see the lowest freq's would be 15-20 dB (or more) higher than the rest

there is only one setting for tuning the stereo. i havent seen any other option for the stereo. is there any way to change the way the imprint does its processing to get more sound of the the sub

turn the gain on sub amp down during the test then adjust the gain after the test is complete.

or write down the settings, then do a manual from scratch. Either way, you will have to work around it

It doesnt tell me the settings for the speakers. it just asked me to upload to PXA device. no way to see the results of the test

Anyone else have any input tried everything and i cannot get it to tune the sub. also cannot pull the results of the test to manually put in the settings
