Alpine PDX vs. Memphis S-Class

I have yet to test out the Alpine amps, but I hear from others all the time that they do rated power and are a hell of a space saver, not to mention the wiring options. I have just noticed that Memphis is basically headed the same route. Memphis is about to release a line comparable to the PDX line offered by Alpine. At the present, Memphis has not started production of an amp in the neighborhood of the 1000 watt series yet though. Based just upon looks, I would say that the Alpine's look more "Straight to business/Classy." I applaud Memphis for joining the trend, but I can already see people saying that they are just copying off of Alpine.

On another note, I know that more and more car audio users like having more space available with their amp. I do not like amps that are like 22" in width or length, as it just takes up too much space.

Here's the link to see the new amps:

The S-class amps from Memphis will be released later this month. Dealers will be able to start selling them as of 12Nov07. Just an update.

memphis's Mclass are the shyzNYTE........not too sure about thier S class stuff. if it's cheaper then the Mclass stuff then i wouldnt bother with it. i'd take the mclass stuff over both of those any day of the week, but between the 2 id go with the alpine...and its way sexier
