Alpine PDX-V90 or PDX-F4? Something else?

I have a 2013 Scion xB, looking to upgrade the audio system. Nothing outrageous, but want good sound that I can play without distortion that I currently get from my factory setup.

It has the factory tweeters, which is what is throwing me off when it comes to 4 or 5 channel amplifier selection. Would it be better to put them on a separate channel and run a 5 channel, or pair them up with the front woofers and run a 4 channel? I won't be using the factory speakers, but figured letting people know it has separate tweeters was something that should be noted.

Are these two a good choice, or is there something else I should look at?
