Alpine PDX-V9 vs. ID i5800

Yes I am aware of the power difference however I have heard better things SQ wise about the i5800. Not to say the PDX is really lacking, its just so new there isn't much out there about it....thoughts. I need a consolidation amp for the following set up

hsk 165

ms-8 processor

either 1 or 2 10" SSA dcon...1 for ID amp, 2 for PDX amp

Sonic is clearing out all of their ID stuff if that makes your decision any easier.

If price isn't an issue though, I'd rather have the Alpine. Did you see that eD 9.5 on here for like $300?

Ordered the i5800, if I dont like it Ill make the swap then. Did anyone else hear that ID is going out of buisness?
