Alpine pdx 4.150 on Crescendo CCX 6.5

What do you think I should set the settings on this amp for, for my crescendos?


They DO come with passive cross overs, I was running them with my previous amp also.. I'm not running them active.

might wanna set the lp a bit higher ,to allow the mids to take more power.like at 120 ,the hp around the same .the idea is to make them take the power with no drop out of any frequencies.

depends on how musical your subs are as well.. if they are real peaky, then you would want those comps to make up for that loss.. just my .02. Basically trial and error !

So set the:

input channel to 1+3/2+4

Set the low pass at 120, just a notch past 110

Then just set the gain with the DD1?

Ill be running the sa8s in my sig. They can get peaky if you don't design a proper box for them. But I got that covered so it shouldn't be an issue.

amp is in OKC, about an hour and a half from me, should have it by weds, thurs at the lastest. will post results and a vid when I install it, just have to pop in the RCA's, power, remote and ground and I should be good to go.
