alpine PDX-1.600 strappable?

well i got a svc 4ohm mtx 9500 15in. i was looking at the alpine pdx-1.1000 and saw it gives out 1000rms at 4ohms. now i wanna push a lil more power through the sub so i was going to get 2 alpine pdx-1.600 if they are strappable to hit 1200rms.

can anyone shed some info on this?

PDX amps are not strappable

well i guess im sticking to the 1000 then, unless someone can give me another good amp that will hit around 1200 rms at 4 ohms

Not for the size for the pdx's

Only thing that will do close to 1200 is a big ole current hogging a/b amp

well i was thinking about getting a hifonics 2607d and run 850 rms at 4ohms untill i can get another mtx sub and run at 1 ohm

uh you will not notice any difference between 1000 and 1200 wrms
