Alpine no audio

Hi everyone.

i have an alpine cde-143bt, i have a problem, theres no audio if i tryng to use aux (3.5) or bluetooth conection, but if i use the radio stations, there works normaly.

i have activate the aux setup, and make the paring bluetooth (alpine-iphone), actualy i can control the iphone from the alpine, i can change the song, or move the volumen in the iphone(from the alpine), but theres no audio ( yes i use -play- button).

someone know about this problem ? i have read the manual from the head unit, but dont said anything about this.

Does your system have an external amplifier? I have seen this when the amplifier REM turn-on wire is connected to the power-antenna connection from the HU, then the amp only turns on when the radio is played.

Check that the amp REM turn on wire is connected to the BLUE/WHITE wire and NOT the BLUE wire

1.You can go to the setting of those functions which have no sound to see if the volume is 0.

2.You can try "reset" to see if it works.

3.Use another phone to play music via Bluetooth to see if it's normal.

4.Why not ask your dealer for help?
