Alpine nav and sirius with OEM VW antenna?

I hope someone can offer input on my situation. I have an Alpine NVE-872A nav system and I wish to us the VW multi-function antenna on the roof of my car (part#1k0-035-501d) rather than the Alpine antenna. Does anyone know of an antenna adapter that would convert the tiny VW male coaxial to the proprietary Alpine connector that the 872A accepts?

Similarly, I have an Alpine Sirius tuner part#SIR-ALP10T. I would like to connect to the dedicated Sat radio wire on the VW multi-function antenna. Does anyone know of an adapter to do this?
