Alpine MRV-M500 + Rockford Fosgate P3D2-10?

So I was trying to find out if this set up would work.

I currently own a Alpine MRV-M500. I also have a Bassworx STS210 (Amazon.com : Bassworx STS210 10-Inch Sealed Subwoofer Enclosure (Dual) : Vehicle Subwoofer Boxes : Car Electronics)

Or

Street series - Bassworx (sealed).

I am looking to purchase two 10 inch P3 series subwoofers. I wanted to find out weather it i should get a 4ohm model or a 2 ohm model. If you don't mind explaining why i'd appreciate that as well!

The second thing i wanted to know is weather two P3 10'' RF subs would go nicely with this enclosure that i have. I don't want to purchase subs that aren't compatible with this enclosure.

Also, how would i go about wiring these?

Lastly, I just wanted to know for anyone who's had any experience with the RF p3s and JL 10w3s how these two compare. The 10w3s are much more expensive but is it worth it? I currently have

an alpine 12'' SWR 12-D4. How would two p3s stack up against one alpilne 12? I also have two infinty 1060w which i am not very happy with because of the lack of sound quality. That's most important.

I know this amp would be underpowering these two subs but that's ok for now.

I did blow 2 JL 12w3s using this alpine m500. Not sure why though. Would a blown jl 12w3 be worth anything? lol

Any other bit of feedback/advice is appreciated.

Thanks!

That amp runs 500 rms@2 ohm stable, so if you're set on the fosgates, get the p3d2 (dual 2 ohm) and wire them in series/ parallel for a 2 ohm load. I don't recommend prefab boxes of any kind. Most of them don't meet specs for what those subs need. Build your own imo. In a sealed box, the swr12 can sound pretty solid, but you probably won't get the same punch as 2 10's. Gl

Thanks! Series/parallel meaning negative/positive leads go straight into each drivers negative/positive terminal? I just want to make sure i don't blow the sub by wiring it incorrectly. I know most people recommend building your own box but i just happen to have this housing and wanted to find out of it was OK. it may not be optimal but i just wanted to make sure there isnt going to be a major issue. Any other feed back is appreciated.

Thanks
