Alpine MRP-M650 stable at 1ohm?

Does anyone have an Alpine MRP-M650 powering a 1ohm load? I'm looking to buy an Alpine SWR-1542(or 22)D (which means dual 4ohm and 2ohm, respectively). I like the specs on the 22 better and want to run it at 1ohm not 4ohm. How will it effect the power output and the SQ? Thanks!

RMS Continuous Power (at 14.4V, 20 – 200Hz)

• Per channel into 4 ohms (1%THD):

MRP-M650 ............................................................. 400Wx1

• Per channel into 2 ohms (1%THD):

MRP-M650 ............................................................. 600Wx1

S/N Ratio

• IHF A Weighted,Reference: rated power into 4ohms

................................................................................ 90 dBA

• IHF A Weighted,CEA2006,Reference: 1W into 4ohms

................................................................................ 65 dBA

Input Impedance ....................................................... 10k ohm

SWR-1542(and 22)D are

RMS 400-750W

MAX 750-2000W
