alpine mrp-m1000 problems

Here is the story. Buddy of mine has this amp along with a 4 channel alpine amp. Hooked up the 4 channel no problems. Hooked up the mrp-m1000 to 3 p2 RF subs and i guess 1 of them the dust cap broke. So we went to best buy and got 2 12" Comp Vr's dual 2 and wired them to 2 ohms for the amp.

Hooked everything up, sounded good but then the subs stopped working at volume 19 on the alpine head unit. Shut the headunit off, then back on everything worked and did the same thing. Now the fuses in the amp keep blowing. There is a 80A up front. Any suggestions? Thank you

mrp-m1000 has 4x 25a fuses. your fuse from the battery should be either exact on or slightly bigger. not smaller.
