Box=yes

manual=i'd have to double check to see if I have it

hardware=missing the screws that hold the cover on..I usually left it off for ease of changing bass boost/xover and ended up losing them. also missing the screws that are meant to secure the amp to it's mounting surface. i believe this amp came with a couple allen wrenches, but I do not have those either.
